Prerequisite Documents Needed for the Application of Duplicate Inter Marks Memo
A duplicate AP inter marks memo is issued to the candidate when their original certificate is lost or gets damaged. And the process to apply for issuing duplicate marks memo is explained below:
On the home page, select Students at the top of the page and click ‘View & Download Application Forms. It redirects to the ‘View & Download Application Forms’ page.
At first, in the ‘View & Download Application Forms’, download the ‘Challan’ form by clicking the first download button and fill the details. This is needed as the candidate needs to pay a certain amount as mentioned.
Then download the ‘Duplicate Pass Certificate’ application form by clicking the second download button. Enter the details and get the application self-attested.
AP Intermediate 1st / 2nd Year General and Vocational Short Marks Memo 2020 Download
This procedure is followed when the candidate loses their original Intermediate marks memo certificate. To apply for a duplicate intermediate marks memo, the process to be followed is:
The candidate should collect an FIR certificate from the police station by filing a case against his certificate traceability and this FIR should be attested by any one of the gazetted officers
An affidavit in the mentioned proforma along with 10/- stamp paper and has to be certified by the Junior 1st magistrate or a notary should be attached with the application
Should attach a challan of a specified amount
Note: If in case, when the candidate has a damaged AP Intermediate Pass Certificate or in case any pieces of it are present, then they can attach the damaged certificate. In this case, they are no need of submitting either the Police Enquiry Certificate or Affidavit (Notary) documents.
Procedure to Download Inter Marks Memo AP
Visit the official BIEAP website https://bie.ap.gov.in
On the home page, select Students at the top of the page and click ‘Duplicate/Triplicate Pass Certificate’. The ‘Duplicate/Triplicate Pass Certificate’ page will be opened.
Enter the details and click on ‘Get Data.
Upon clicking Get Data, it shows the details of the candidate on the same page.
Enter the required details and attach the necessary documents as mentioned above and click ‘Submit and Pay.
After the completion of payment, the AP intermediate marks memo application process will be completed. The candidate will be shown an acknowledgement number that helps with further details.
Note: All the documents are to be uploaded in the specified format and size.
Post Application Procedure for Intermediate Marks Memo
Upon the successful completion of applying for marks memo, a candidate receives their certificate in 10 to 15 days
The certificate will be sent to the educational institution where the candidate has pursued his Intermediate
